The company has been working towards their goal of greater gender balance within the company for several years. They believe that “What gets measured, gets done” and they have put in place several incentives for management, for example leadership programs for women and minorities. Their ambition is to close the gap in income between men and women within the company.
– I believe it is crucial to be transparent about the problems, the objectives and incentives in order to achieve our common goals. The SHE Index offers this possibility, says Vinje.
